Crenarth Welsh Brie
Produced by the Adams family of Boncath, Dyfed who has been farming there for 45 years. Originally Producing Carephilly, the Brie was introduced to rapturous response.

Sandham’s Smoked Lancashire, Preston
J J Sandham Ltd are a small family run cheese manufacturing company who specialise in the manufacture of traditional Lancashire cheese. A true taste of Lancashire.

Dolphinholmee Lancashire Goats Cheese
Made by Chris Sandham at Rostock Dairy, Lancashire. Chris’s goat herd or his ‘ladies’ as he prefers to call them, live in picturesque surrounding by the River Wyre where he produces his delightful goats cheese.

Kidderton Ash, Nantwich, Cheshire
Hand-made log shaped which features a delicate creamy flavour. Sprinkled with charcoal ash prior to maturing, a fabulous visual effect

Crenarth Caerphilly
Mild and Tangy, this Caerphilly is crumbly but not dry.

Barbers 1833 Cheddar
A vintage reserve Cheddar made by the Barber’s Family in Somerset. The cheese is matures for 24 months to give a strong deep flavour.

Blacksticks Blue, Lancashire
A cheese which doesn’t really need an introduction. Created in 2003 (the same year as Rhubarb!) by the Award winning Butlers dairy. The yielding creamy texture of this cheese gives way to sharp ndertones creating a local cheese to be proud of!
